ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Sudbury Lady Wolves U18 AA program is committed to providing every player with an exceptional development experience—one that prepares them to excel at the next level
of hockey while helping them grow into confident, responsible and well-rounded individuals.
Our goal is to create a competitive, supportive and player-focused environment where athletes are challenged to reach their full potential. We prepare players for opportunities
at the U22 Elite, NCAA, ACHA and U SPORTS levels by emphasizing complete development both on and off the ice.
Our program focuses on strengthening technical and tactical skills, building an advanced understanding of team systems and supporting the physical development required to compete at higher levels. Players are encouraged to be creative, make confident decisions and continue learning through purposeful practices, meaningful feedback and competitive game experiences.
Respect is the foundation of our culture. Lady Wolves players are expected to demonstrate respect for their teammates, coaches, parents, opponents and officials. We believe that talent must be supported by honesty, discipline, hard work and dedication. Every player is responsible for contributing positively to the team and representing the Lady Wolves organization with pride.
